Returns Policy

Please note that the no refund policy only applies to Subscription Boxes only, a replacement will be sent out if any damage has occurred. With normal orders, please contact us if the item has been damaged or you no longer require it within the 30 day returns policy. The item will need to be sent back to us before a refund can be issued. If the item was no longer wanted, the customer will take responsibility of returning the item to us at their own cost and their own risks. If the item is lost in transit, we can take no responsibility of this. If the Item was damaged in transit, we will need the item sent back to us, and we will issue a refund or replacement depending on the customers wish. If a replacement or refund is requested due to a damaged item, the charge for the shipping the customer paid to send the package back to us will be refunded.

RETURN POLICY/REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is proven to be defective, which must be proven by the customer. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@geekgearbox.com with details of the product and the defect, photos, and any other necessary information and we will make best efforts to determine a workable solution.

Upon receipt of the returned product, if necessary, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
